Refund & Return Policy

At ZenvyPakistan, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure a smooth and transparent return and exchange process.

1. We guarantee satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may request a return or exchange.

2. Return and exchange requests must be made within 3 days of order delivery.

3. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be mostly unused, with at least 90% of the original content remaining, and in its original packaging.

4. All approved return or exchange requests are processed within 5 to 7 working days.

5. Delivery charges paid at the time of the original order are non-refundable.

6. Customers are responsible for delivery charges associated with exchanges, except where stated otherwise.

7. In cases of damaged items, leakage, or incorrect products received, ZenvyPakistan will bear all return or exchange delivery charges.

Please note that ZenvyPakistan reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions.
